It depends on how much there is and where it sits, so we price every job in person, for free, before anything moves. You hear one number that covers the carrying, the loading and the disposal. If you say no, you owe nothing.
Do I have to move anything to the curb?
No. We carry everything out ourselves: basements, attics, second floors, garages, sheds, back yards and behind fence lines. Floors and door frames get protected on the way through. You point, we lift.
How soon can you come?
Pick a day and a time window in the booking form and we will call or text to confirm it. We work Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and we usually get out within a day or two.
Do you do same-day pickups?
When the schedule has room, yes. Call or text in the morning and ask. Either way most jobs get done within a day or two of booking.
Do you take single items, like one couch or one mattress?
Yes. Single items are routine: a mattress, a couch, a fridge, a treadmill, a hot tub. Whole houses are routine too.
What can't you take?
Hazardous material: wet paint, solvents, motor oil and fuel, asbestos, liquid pesticides, propane tanks, ammunition and medical waste. Call us and we will tell you where those go locally. Nearly everything else, we take.
Where does my junk go?
To licensed disposal. Metal, appliances, clean wood, cardboard and yard waste are separated for recycling wherever the facility accepts them, and furniture in good shape is offered for donation before anything is landfilled.
